Circuit Training cu Simon Meiros

Exercițiile din cadru circuitului sunt in general ordonate asfel încât diversele grupe de mușchi să fie alternante, pentru a permite o recuperare adecvată. Intervalul de odihna intre exerciții este între 30-90 secunde, iar cel de odihna dintre circuite de 1-3 minute.
